Following its successful launch back in
2013, Coravin has released its Model
Two Elite system, which allows drinkers
to pour wine without removing the cork
from a bottle. The new model has a more
streamlined design and uses a thinner
needle, pouring 20 per cent faster than
the original. The Elite system is available
as a limited edition in gold, silver or red.

BRING IT ON
Love Prosecco? Love tru±es? This
is the venue for you. Sisters Irina and
Lana Bondar have opened the rather
marvellously named Tru±esecco,
specialising in the two Italian exports.
There's a range of nine Proseccos
and other Italian sparklers, along with
regional wines, cocktails and Italian
spirits (including a tru±e grappa), to
sip while indulging in tru±e cheeses,
tru±e salami and pasta dishes laced
with (wait for it) freshly shaved tru±e.
If that's not enough, there's also a
shop. Open evenings only, from 5pm.
