blend is made by cellar master Frédéric Panaïotis
using a technique known as assemblage. In line
with Ruinart's signature house style, it has a high
proportion of Chardonnay (45%) from premiers crus
vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, which gives the
Champagne its sensual elegance and fresh aroma.
Pinot Noir wine made from grapes grown in the
Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne areas
adds enticing cherry and red berry notes to the nose,
and exotic �avours of guava and lychee to the palate
- as well as creating that unique pomegranate pink
colour with pale orange hints.
