CLASSIC APPLETISER COCKTAIL
80ml Appletiser
25ml Calvados
8 drops Angostura bitters
2 drops maple syrup
Glass: Champagne � ute
Method: Add the maple syrup, Angostura
bitters and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker, and
shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Champagne
� ute. Top up with the Appletiser and garnish
with a twist of lemon peel.

20ml Cointreau
20ml peach purée
90ml Appletiser
Glass: Champagne � ute
Method: Pour the Cointreau and peach purée
into the glass, and top up with the Appletiser.
Add a twist of lemon to garnish.
