Champagne over ice might sound strange,
but Moët's Ice Imperial is designed speci�cally
for such a purpose. Strawberries perfectly
complement the slight sweetness of the wine.
Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial
Glass: Large wine glass
Method: Fill glass with ice and strawberries,
pour the Champagne over the top.
Fire up the barbecue � and your tastebuds �
then enjoy this sweet-and-spicy whiskey drink.
25ml fresh lime juice
20ml maple syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 cubes candied ginger
¼ fresh, cubed Red Delicious apple
Bundaberg ginger beer
Method: Muddle the fresh apple, candied ginger
and maple syrup together. Add the bourbon, lime
juice and Angostura bitters and shake, before
straining into a short glass and topping up with
Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Garnish with candied ginger
and a fresh apple fan.
CAMPARI & TONIC
A classic aperitif that's not as bitter as
it might sound. The tonic water draws
out the sweeter �avours of the Campari.
Method: Fill the glass with ice and pour
over the Campari. Top up with tonic,
before adding a squeeze of fresh lime.
Garnish with a lime wheel..
