and add the Prosecco. Stir, then �nish with the

50ml King of Soho
10ml Volare Triple Sec
10ml Antica Formula
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1 dash Regan's Orange Bitters No 6
Method: Stir all the ingredients over ice,
then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish
with a sprig of thyme and lemon zest.

30ml Apple & Pomegranate Appletiser
1tbsp lemon juice
Method: Add the orange juice, lemon
juice and honey to a cocktail shaker, shake

Apple & Pomegranate Appletiser.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
