BALTIC
Just south of the Thames, you'll nd a slice
of Eastern Europe. Baltic specialises in Polish
and Russian cuisine, and unsurprisingly its
vodka selection is one of the best in the
capital. Beluga Noble, Transatlantic and Gold
Line are all on oer, and the food-pairing
capability of all three is really brought to
the fore. The match of a bone-dry Beluga
Noble Martini with Royal Belgian Oscietra
Caviar is a real taste of luxury.

CHILTERN FIREHOUSE
Opening earlier this year, Chiltern Firehouse
was immediately awarded blanket press
coverage for the exceptional quality of the
restaurant's food - unsurprising when the
kitchen is headed up by chef Nuno Mendes.
Snagging a table in the restaurant is tough,
but get yourself into the bar where you can
enjoy a sophisticated Sire Pyrio - Beluga
Noble with sweet vermouth, served straight
up and ice cold, with an orange twist.

DUKES BAR
Dukes Bar's Martinis are legendary, and
this is the very place where Ian Fleming
rst enjoyed a Vesper Martini - a creation
he kindly decided to share with his own
invention, James Bond. Order the Le Chire
- named after one of Bond's most dastardly
opponents. It blends Beluga Noble with a
house-made chilli vodka, Sacred Rosehip
Cup and Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur.

OBLIX
From the comfort of the bar at Oblix,
you can see every London landmark
spread out hundreds of feet below you.
The bar more than holds its own against
that spectacular view, with one hell of a
drinks selection, including Beluga Noble,
Transatlantic and Gold Line. We've been
allowed a sneak peek at the brand new
cocktail list - we're sworn to secrecy but
can conrm it's looking excellent, and that
Beluga will play a central role.

ONE CANADA SQUARE
Set inside another iconic aspect of the
London skyline, this is a welcome splash
of colour and fun in the great glass world
of Canary Wharf. Toast a big deal, or just
the end of a working day with One Canada
Square's Beluga Noble Martini, mixed and
garnished to your exact specications.

SKYLON
Smack in the middle of the Southbank,
Skylon at the Royal Festival Hall couldn't be
better placed for a cocktail break, oering
stunning views of the river and excellent
drinks. Our favourite is the juicy Noble
Martini: Beluga Noble, Solerno Blood Orange
Liqueur and fresh lime juice, garnished with
an orange twist: a refreshing summer sipper.
