Asian haven
I've travelled a lot. I've been all over China; I love China.
I've also been to Nepal, to this incredible walled city called
Bhaktapur, that's made out of red brick. All the buildings are
red brick and the floor is red brick - it's a bizarre aesthetic.
Globe trotter
My first big press tour was for
The Social Network. They say
you're travelling around the
world, but we only went to
the rich countries! We visited
nowhere in Africa, Eastern
Europe or South-East Asia. If I
could do it again, I'd request to go
to some different places. I have
family in Poland, so I would go there.
When in Romeā¦
On Woody Allen's To Rome with Love,
my character was an architect. It was
interesting to see the city through his
eyes because he was more into
modern architecture. Rome is full
of incredibly old structures next
to new modern structures, so
I saw it from that perspective.
Night Moves opens in cinemas on 29 August

Her name is Rio
For the premiere of Rio in Rio de Janeiro, I went on a two-hour hike to
the city of Teresópolis, which had been affected by landslides. It was
great to see how the city was recovering. And I visited a mountain favela
[shanty town] called Santa Marta, where they live in such a unique way.
Vegging out
I play an eco-terrorist in Night Moves. Before filming, I
went and lived on a farm in Oregon. I spent two weeks
sleeping in a yurt and tilling cabbage! There's a lot of
environmental destruction occurring there
as that's where a lot of logging happens.

Magic trick
I shot Now You See Me in
New Orleans and it's such a
wonderful city, full of its own
unique culture. The magical
aspect of the movie really fitted.
People perform all over the city,
so it was perfect for our story.
