The Manhattan has to be one of the most perfect postprandial
drinks to indulge in, and this version, made with single malt, is
certainly a delicious drop.
50ml Tamdhu 10 Year Old
25ml sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method: Measure the ingredients into
a mixing glass �lled with ice, stir until
thoroughly chilled, strain into the coupe
glass and garnish with orange rind.
THE GOLD FASHIONED
The addition of ginger and chocolate �avours to the Old
Fashioned recipe creates a rich, spicy twist on the classic.
50ml The Macallan Gold
5ml ginger syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Method: Stir all ingredients together in
the glass over a block of ice. Garnish with
an orange twist.
