such as the Champagne Cocktail. Sugar, bitters, Cognac and
Champagne - what more could you ever need?
25ml Courvoisier VSOP
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 demerara sugar cube
Glass: Champagne coupe
Method: Soak the sugar cube in bitters and drop into the glass.
Cover with Courvoisier VSOP and slowly top with Champagne.

50ml apple juice
40ml Grey Goose La Poire
20ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
10ml lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
Method: Build the Grey Goose, sugar syrup, apple and lemon
juice in the glass over cubed ice, then top with the ginger ale. Stir
and garnish with mint and grated nutmeg.
